10 things to do to start a positive day





So everyone wants to start a good and positive day . Where you'll be full of energy and will enjoy the day with your loving ones .

Only for you here are the 10 things that you can do to get a better , positive and energetic start for your day .


1 ) cleaning your own room - it's simple right ? And so small too . But most of the times we don't even do that . Believe me it'll give you  positive vibes that you've done your first work of the day perfectly and will fill you with energy and enthusiasm .
Most of the successful people staggests that we all should start our day by making our bed . And it works .


 2 )  Reading or Listening - At morning what'll you read will be with you all the day . That's why I'll suggest you to read something inspirational or listen some inspirational podcast . It'll help you to accomplish your daily struggle and you'll not just survive , thrive .


3  ) Exercise - Who doesn't want to make their mind and body free at the same time . And yoga , workout and morning walks are the best way to do that . It helps to flow the blood through your body in a better way and you'll feel energetic .


4 )  Look at something beautiful - it'll be very easy but a hard one too . After waking up you could look at something or someone you admire , you adore . It gives you positive and happy feelings for the whole day


5  ) Set the alarm - ok i know I know no one needs to be suggested to set an alarm for morning . But you could set an alarm in your favorite tune or the song you enjoy the most . It'll help you to take down the laziness and tiredness .


6 ) Breakfast - So we feel good if our body is healthy . And to make a healthy body we need heathy food . But no one wants to eat the things they don't like . So start your day with someone healthy and delicious that you'll prefer to eat in breakfast .


7 ) Stay away from your phone - Belive it or not but most of the people get tired in the early morning because after waking up they first take their phone and starts use it . It sucks your half energy and makes you tired for the rest of the day .  just try for some days and you'll see the difference


8 ) Goals -  make routines and set goals that you've to achieve for the rest of the day . And by doing this you'll be much more focus on your work and much more confident too.


9 ) Plan fun - you don't want to make a day with a huge weight of working load and 0 amount of enjoyable time . Well here's the plan , make plan to do those things that'll make you happy , that you'll enjoy to do , and save them for the end of the day . So you'll be motivated throughout the day and you'll thrive.

10 )  Spreading love  - You can do the best to start your day is to spreading happiness . In the begging of the day say something loving to your beloved or to your family or to your co workers . Gradually it'll make you happy when you'll see them happy .
