11 daily habits to be more confident and improve Self-esteem
It is very important to be confident . If you cannot fully accept negative and positive aspect,then you will lose believe in yourself, and because of it, your lack of confidence will arise. If you are confident enough, then you can be able to grow your self-esteem. If you are a low confident person, but very aware of your self-esteem, then I am going to show you. How can you feel more confident and improve your self-esteem easily.

1. Love yourself
Nothing is important then self-love. People may call you selfish for your behaviour. But if you can't love yourself, if you can't provide much importance to yourself, then you can't make yourself nice to others. But if you love yourself, then will be able to know about you, about your skills, and it will grow your conference.
2. Do friendship with Right people
You should make friendship with such people, who will support you at any situation. Make friends who can judge your every action impartially, who can correct your small mistakes and make passionate about your life.
3. Don't compare yourself to others
There must be someone better than you and you will obviously get someone better then him too. So, you can never be like anyone else! That doesn't mean you can't be the best. You can be the best for yourself, you can be the most established through your work. By combining all your good qualities, you can discover the best person in yourself.
4. Ignore the hates
No matter what are you doing, there will always be someone who will find something wrong in your work. They will never be satisfied so anything you do. So stop listening to their harsh words and try to make yourself more efficient. Efficiency will provide your conference.
5. Set some alone time in schedule
We are very busy all day, with our work, with our daily lives. We set aside time for each take of our life. But don't manage at last sometimes for ourselves which is the most important thing to know yourself, to understand yourself. And of course, alone times will improve your Confidence-level.
6. Adjust your gesture
Make changes in your gesture. Stop touching your mouth repeatedly while talking. Stop laughing loudly at everything try to maintain your weight. Don't even be serious about everything. Use restraint towards yourself while talking to others your excessive excitement will make you to do mistakes unknowing and that will make you less confident next time.
7. Stop blaming yourself
Mistakes are common to all but there are many more virtues in you. Try to realize yourself. Admit your guilt, but don't blame yourself unnecessarily. The behaviour of yours will not be peasant for you in all cases. In some cases, distrust towards you can be created in everyone mind and it will make you less-confident.
8. How to accept Criticism
No one will be like you in the world, no one will say anything thinking about your emotions. Rather there will be too many insulting comment for you. Learn to accept them as a challenge and prove yourself. But don't be depressed.
9. Wear something that make you feel good
Were something that will make you happy. It's more important to be happy. If you think you are the best, then your self-conference will automatically increase a thousand times.
10. Give yourself a break
When you see that you can't do anything, your brain isn't working, you usually get angry at yourself, you lose faith in yourself for example suppose you have an exam tomorrow, and you are not understanding one topic now. You will then be stressed, which will cause you to forget the rest of the syllabus and naturally, the result will be bad. But it would have been much better if you could have read the rest of the topic, or kept yourself free from the stress of your exams. So, when there are many problems your life, there has no situation to judge which is better, then just give yourself a break, it will stop you to make a wrong decision. It can be a reason to increase your confident as well as self-esteem.
11. Visualise yourself as you want to do
Rely on your dreams. Believe in your own qualifications and work hard for yourself. And someday you'll find yourself repeatedly in the place where you want to be. That dreams may give you hope, and you may suffer from them. But don't stop dreaming. If you are active on your goals. But dreams can make a person more confident.
We may not always be able to obey all the rules. Not everyone has the patience, the power of avoid, the passion to love yourself, but we can make a try. We can make changes in to our life a little bit jus improve our life style, just for being happy and confident yourself.
