How to get rid of overthinking
Ah, Here me go again. Every day, every hour we think. Thinking is good, It helps us to be better in life. We think about our future, our problems, we thing about every little thing is happening in our life. So, what's wrong with it?
Actually the problem is, when you start thinking about your past, you failure, thing that you can't change, things that makes you feel down, forces you to get depressed.
It can be anything, maybe some past failures of some painful memories, even some of impossible imaginations of yours.
So, here is what you should do to stop over thinking.

So, here is what you should do to stop over thinking.
1. Know your thoughts
Human and mind is the fastest thing in this world. You think too much and too many thoughts. But the main problem starts, when most to your time is filled with thinking negative, illogical stressful thoughts. How take a pan and paper, and write-down every singed thought that is the cause of your stress. It will help you clean your vision.
2. Priorities them
Now you know what the cause of you over thinking is. And now priorities them, as are they really that important to think over and over again? List them on the basic of importance.
3. Consequent them
So, there are so many thoughts that needed to be solved, like exam results, office presentation client meeting. Where you're worried about the failure. Now, you have to consequent that as the worst scenario, best scenario and Predictable scenario. In worst scenario you have to think. What happen to you in worst cause, you can fail, you can get tired, you can not get the Clint. That's it. Now the best scenario, you will be the topper, you'll make the deal. In predictable scenario, you know what will happen. But still you're worried about it. Now shift your worst scenario and worries to the best and predictable scenario. It's not easy but it will surely work.
4. Replace them
This step needs practice, in the period of overthinking, our mind gets filled with negative thoughts. You just have to replace them with positive thoughts. Like if you're having negative thoughts about your self then start thinking what good qualities you have, if you're thinking about something bad happened then take a look at the positive side of it. It seems easy but a lot of time.
5. Distract your mind
After preparing yourself, you have to distract your mind thoughts. You can do anything, that you actually enjoy, like hanging out with friends, watching movie, reading books, eating delicious food, have a warm bath etc.
We should never took over thinking so easily. It kills our happiness, our way of living, we stop living our lives.
