Insomnia - a very neglected state . Usually we think that if we're struggling to sleep , that means we're having insomnia. But it's not the completed truth. Symptoms - 1) You struggle to fell asleep . 2) You wake up at midnight and struggle to sleep again. 3) You feel tired and exhausted all day . ( For a regular basis -. At least thrice a week ) There are 2 stages of insomnia . 1) When you're having insomnia for like a month then it's called Acute insomnia . 2) When you're having insomnia over months than its called Chronic insomnia. There could be so many reasons , why you're having it. i) Bad diet , ii) Problem in life , iii) Work load , iv ) Stress . Etc .
